Andre Compton (born 15 May 1977 in Dewsbury) raced for the Dukes from 1993 until 1996. After leaving Bradford he raced for a number of clubs before moving to Sheffield with his old Bradford team mate Sean Wilson. Andre was made team captain at Sheffield following the retirement of Sean Wilson in 2006.
