Neil Evitts (born 25 September 1964 in Birmingham) was the Dukes captain and raced for Bradford from 1986 to 1993. He won the British Speedway Championship in 1986 and was runner-up the following year.

In 1986 he finished 8th in the World Speedway Championships and was also made captain of England in 1987.
